Elmwood Park Zoo Hosting Annual Mother's Day Brunch This Weekend

 

Norristown, PA -- (SBWIRE) -- 05/09/2019 -- Elmwood Park Zoo, a Norristown zoo that's home to over 100 species, looks forward to hosting its annual Mother's Day Brunch this Saturday and Sunday. On May 11th and 12th, 2019, sons and daughters can treat their mother to an all-you-can-eat brunch buffet and a day at the zoo.

Two time slots are available each day during Elmwood Park Zoo's Mother's Day Brunch, including 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Prices include:

Moms: $34.95
Non-Member Adult: $45.95
Member Adult: $39.95
Children (ages 3-12): $24.95
Children 2 and under: Free

Menu items include but are not limited to tomato cucumber salad, salad with Italian dressing, Caesar salad, shrimp cocktail, scrambled eggs, pork sausage, smoked bacon, stuffed French toast, chicken picatta, seasonal vegetable medley, roasted breakfast potatoes, miniature dessert display, and fresh fruit. The event will also have a carving station and pasta station.

Those who wish to sit together must register under the same name at least 48 hours in advance. Elmwood Park Zoo reserves the right to change, postpone, or cancel any event/program.

Along with plenty of animal species and fun events, Elmwood Park Zoo is also home to Treetop Adventures, a ropes course for kids in Chester County, PA, and a zip line for kids in Delaware County, PA, as well as the surrounding areas. It's Pennsylvania's only ropes course that has zip lines over animal exhibits.
