New York, NY -- (ReleaseWire) -- 12/04/2012 --Facebook Inc. (NASDAQ: FB) stock closed its latest trading session at $27.04, down 3.43 percent from its previous close of $28.00. The stock opened the session at $28.00 and touched its highest price point at $28.88.

Facebook stock’s lowest price point for the session stood at $26.98. The stock shows neutral trend in the short term. Its first support level is at $26.92. Upon breaching this level, the stock may fall to $25.02 level. Facebook recently modified its contract with Zynga. Under new terms, Facebook can now develop games for its platform.

Dell Inc. (NASDAQ: DELL) shows neutral trend as the stock made a sharp movement today. It opened the session at $10.38 and remained in $10.01 and $10.49 price range during the session. The stock closed 4.36 percent higher at $10.06.

Dell received earnings and price target upgrade from Goldman Sachs. The stock is now rated Buy and its price target has been set at $13, up from previous target of $9. Dell’s first resistance level is at $10.52. Upon breaching this level, the stock may go as high as $10.83. On the downside, its first support level is at $10.04.
