New York, NY -- (ReleaseWire) -- 04/08/2013 --Goff Corporation's (OTC:GOFF) wholly owned subsidiary Golden Glory Resources Inc. has reached an agreement to acquire additional leases in the Marmato region, Caldas District, Colombia. The leases, known as the Gavia Properties, are reported to offer multimillion ounce, large tonnage, bulk mineable targets with potential up to three grams of gold per ton average.
Previous drilling has been carried out on the Gavia Property, and revealed gold grades averaging about 1 gram per ton. Historical data indicates the Gavia Property has gold potential of over 20 million ounces, based on mapping, soil samples and existing tunnels.
Goff is engaged in gold exploration with a view to developing highly prospective gold projects.

AMR Corporation (OTC:AAMRQ) is the parent company of American Airlines. It reported in a regulatory filing that low-level management employees at American Airlines could get a share of company profits and, if they lose their jobs, at least six months' severance pay if the merger with US Airways is approved. Payouts will be similar to US Airways' policies.
American also says the severance policy is designed to give the employees financial security so they can focus on their work during the merger process. The severance offer will last for two years after the merger.
