Amazing Edibles Set to Win Jack Daniels Chicago Chili Cook-Off

Chicago, IL -- (SBWIRE) -- 04/04/2014 -- Locally-owned catering company Amazing Edibles announced today that it will be participating in the Jack Daniels Chicago Chili Cook-Off on April 12. Amazing Edibles founder Andrea Herrera is confident in her team’s abilities, despite intense competition. “We have won twice in the past 4 years - the two times we competed - and are going for our 3rd win on April 12.” The competition, which will take place between 2-5 p.m. at Sidetrack Video Bar, 3349 N. Halsted St., is expected to showcase the abilities of the best caterers and restauranteurs in the city.

The Jack Daniels Chicago Chili Cook-Off has been an annual event for 15 years. It is a chance for elite caterers and restauranteurs alike to test their skills in a 3-hour cook-off. The award is both prestigious and difficult to attain given the competition. It is open to the public and takes place amongst a festive atmosphere.
