This is an Advanced Yoga Teacher Training Program that is available in 500 Hr RYT and 300 Hr RYT. This dynamic course is taught by seasoned therapeutic yoga practitioners in the center amidst a safe learning environment with limited enrolments, personalized mentorship, individualized learning and time to practice new skills. It revolves around the physical, emotional and spiritual healing practice. With the help of this certification, yoga teachers would be able to work one-on-one with their students to compassionately modify poses and to accommodate the unique needs of their bodies.

The module includes introduction to breadth of therapeutic yoga traditions, modalities and yoga practices; advanced anatomy and physiology; application of therapeutic yoga for common physiological conditions; therapeutic yoga teaching skills; developing a therapist-client relationship; yoga therapy business and marketing tips; experiential learning with off-site visits to hospitals, senior centers and cadaver labs; and training techniques to guide group classes, workshops and individualized yoga therapy sessions.
