The deaths and investigations are interspersed with moments of intrigue, suspense, depression, seduction, ecstasy, love and joy. Two romantic encounters have a profound effect on him. He is torn between two women who have stirred him in ways that he’s never experienced before.

This is the first of a series of novels where the detective gets involved with intriguing mysteries. Bruce has finished the novel and several revisions to the point where professional editing is the next step.
