There are times when faith and practice collide bringing to bear questions that are tough to answer such as abortion or euthanasia. Trust in a Higher power can come down to questioning oneself at a time when confidence, not based on proof, and individual truth collide. Everyone has defining events in their walk of faith, but when that moment in the life a Minister’s is found to be so personal, as well as extremely foreign to their parish, it can be life-affirming or devastating. One Chicago filmmaker tackles this topic in a controversial new documentary film looking into the lives of Faith leaders who are also on a journey of discovery within themselves.
