Denver based Hip Hop group Count Em Out has just completed their first album and is ready to go on tour. Funds raised from their just launched Kickstarter campaign will be invested to hire a publicist and a booking agent to set up a tour.
Matawan, NJ -- (SBWIRE) -- 10/17/2014 -- Count Em Out is a Hip Hop group created by music producer Jacob Dalton, rapper Daniel Benjamin "The D" and Operations Manager Jason Yount without any support from any major record label. In addition to building a hip-hop performance group, the founders have also been functioning together as a business since the last one year. Within this short period, they have created their LLC, merchandise, a logo, and a complete album titled "From: Downstairs." The next goal for Count Em Out is to set up a tour.
Performing in cities beyond the hometown is one of the most effective alternatives for any performer to expand his/her fan base. However, being a new group, Count Em Out does not have any over ambitious plans for their musical tour. Their primary focus is to hire a publicist and booking agent that can land them on tour with a noted performer.
The cost of hiring an efficient publicist and booking agent is between $1,500 and $4,000 per month. Depending on the amount of funds received through Kickstarter, the best possible publicist and booking agent will be hired. Remaining funds will be used to cover expenses incurred on transportation, lodging, daily amenities, and equipment required for live performance during the tour.
Count Em Out expects to start their musical journey by the summer of 2015, if everything runs as per their plan. The funding budget set for this project is $30,000, and the same must be raised by Wednesday, December 9, 2014.
