Auteachism Launches Kickstarter Program to Raise Funds for App Development

Auteachism Apps are communication technology programs that change lives by streamlining the therapeutic process of building language concepts for those diagnosed with Autism or language delays. Now, Auteachism has launched a Kickstarter campaign to raise money for the development and distribution of its apps.

San Francisco, CA -- (SBWIRE) -- 03/11/2015 -- The Auteachism Therapist App allows therapists working with children with Autism to harness the power of learning through play with a program designed to be used on both iPad and Android-based tablets.  This app turns traditional applied ABA therapy into an enjoyable activity for children who have Autism or language delays.  This app is a very effective tool for therapists, allowing them to customize lessons, track correct and incorrect responses and access targeted teaching programs on the go from any location.  Now, Auteachism has launched a Kickstarter campaign to raise funds for the development and distribution of this app program.

Located at https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/auteachism/auteachism-apps-communication-technology-that-chan, this Kickstarter campaign will allow teachers and therapists everywhere to use this app to enhance learning for children with Autism or developmental delays.  Auteachism is also working with SF AppWorks to develop tools for parents to use at home to continue language and behavior skill development outside of therapy sessions.  The Family App, as it is called, will serve as an extension of the basic Auteachism Therapist App, giving parents a tool to use at home to streamline communication between therapist and parent as well as consistently develop behavior strategies in children .

All money donated through the Kickstarter campaign will be used for app development and marketing costs.  The ultimate goal is to get the app into the hands of every therapist and parent whose clients and children can benefit from it.

The Kickstarter campaign offers pledge levels from $1 to $5,000 and prizes ranging from a "virtual hug" to building a customized website for the donor.  For more information on pledges and prize levels, see the Kickstarter page.
