New processes allow for faster set-up times, lower overhead and greatly increased number of options to help customers get the customized labels at better price points for a wide range of volumes.
This equipment means that Adhesa Plate can print unlimited colors with no upcharges for the added colors. The Océ Arizona 550 XT creates integrated sequential numbering, barcode labels and more at reduced costs to customers.

Custom product label capabilities
Adhesa Plate has the capabilities to print custom labels directly on top of 1/4? thick metal cases, create colorful multiple-layered acrylic templates, eye-catching plastic special event tickets and many other unique custom applications.
With Adhesa Plate's in house digital plotters, laser cutter and traditional die-cutters, we have the capabilities to cut material such as polycarbonate, polyester, vinyl, acrylic, specialty foam and adhesive into custom-shaped labels, with thickness from 3 mil to 30 mil.
