Every Day, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, the venue will offer rail cocktails, wine by the glass, draft beer, and all pub fare for half off. In addition to offering daily happy hour specials, The Irish Whisper will also serve as a premier private party and event venue in National Harbor.
