The company has been founded by a Georgia based American family who lost their eldest daughter to cancer. Grace was 20 years old when she passed away. She was known for her smile and her love of pandas. This tragedy inspired her parents to do something great in her memory and therefore, they created PANDA ON!.

PANDA ON! was created in 2015 with the primary aim of helping people going through the worst times in their lives. The late Grace had a profound love of Pandas. She was often seen in Panda T-Shirts, Panda Gloves, Panda Hats and had countless Panda Bears of all sizes. Followed by her unfortunate demise, her family created this company to help those who are going through difficult circumstances with only one aim, spreading love and giving courage to get through the hard times. The family is currently seeking support to fund an event to give away their panda bears to children fighting illness.
