PDCflow, CAC, Working Together to Improve Collections Through Courses and Blogs

Ogden, UT -- (SBWIRE) -- 09/18/2017 -- PDCflow has formed a relationship with the California Association of Collectors (CAC), to help improve the collection process for all interested, from the newest agent to the seasoned collection agency president. The three educational courses produced by the CAC provide advice for all aspects of collection. Some of the topics covered include regulations surrounding collection messages, best practices for telephone collection communications, and settling disputes.

After each course in the series, PDCflow has gained special permission to summarize some of the information throughout several blog articles and guides. This provides reference material to help attendees to retain what they have learned and pass it on to agency staff and colleagues for future reference. The written materials may also benefit those who are not able to attend the courses, as they will get a peek into what items were discussed.

The first course, a webinar, took place on August 17. Some of the topics discussed during the first installment have already been covered by the PDCflow team. The second class will also take place online, and subjects such as addressing disputes and collecting after a bankruptcy will be covered on the PDCflow blog page in the weeks afterward.

The final installment of the Collection Boot Camp series will be taking place live during the 100th anniversary CAC Convention and Expo. Just as with the first two classes, a portion of the knowledge provided in the class will be covered by PDCflow through articles and other helpful reference materials.
